This feedback feels personal to me because at one point in my life, I worked at KIC Cleaners, and I know how meticulous we were about ensuring every client's satisfaction. It feels good being on the receiving end now. Who would have thought that the feeling of satisfaction was this rewarding? The team that came to my home was thorough in their approach.
